Okay so I was having this completely random conversation with a friend the other day, and we started to talk about the Hitai-ates in Naruto, which made us come to one question:

Seriously, how many different ways are there to wear it?????? Because it ranges from just wearing it around your forehead to being like Kankuro, and his epic kitty hat Hitai-ate. I'm just curious how many ways there are to actually wear the thing XD

Anybody have an interesting idea??

well, lets see.

1.Around the forehead (Like Naruto)
2. around the forehead with ear flaps (like Kisame-san
3. loose around the neck (like Hidan)
4. Tight around the neck (like Temari)
5. Covering the head (like that torture guy whatever his name is)
6. Covering the forehead with cat ears (like Kankuro)
7. Around the arm (like Shika)
8. Around the waist (like Lee)
9. As a headband (like sakura)
10. Around the head with partial head coverage (like Choji)
11. Sideways around the head (like Zabuza)
12. around forehead with spikes (like Jiraiya)

that's all I can think of right now...

I'd call Choji's more like a diaper on his head...

All though it hasn't been shown you can probably wear it around you leg too. It arm, why not leg?

Also:
13. Around the head with full converage (like that guy Kakuzu was choking after he it Asuma with a briefcase full of monehz whos name escapes me)
14: Those gloves that Kakashi has (gloooooovessss)
15: Around the forhead like Neji with whatever dangly stuff is hanging from it (dangly stuff)

Well, remember when Danna was cruelly slaughtered and his headband was like, randomly lying on the ground? It was just the normal missing nin one, with the slash through it. The weird thing is that at the time, he wasn't even in his main body. SO, KISHIMOTO, THE QUESTION IS, WHY DID DANNA HAVE HIS HEADBAND STORED IN/WITH SOME RANDOM SPARE BODY OF HIS?!

I don't know why Kakuzu even bothers to wear all those head coverings... It must be a pain in the arse during a fight, and he's even more terrifying with them. AND HE SHOULD BE PROUD OF HIS AWESOMENESS. NEVER HIDE YOUR BEAUTY, I SAY!!

The names really don''t make much sense. And Kishi likes to try anf amuse his fans. Like making people's names rhyme with the village they came from (Pein from the rain!? Really) or ahvign them fit personalities (HOT WATER NUFF SAID)
