Yea, they haven't got to that part of the anime yet. It's coming up, though! I wouldn't be surprised if they already have a voice actor planned out for her, though. They have one for all of the Akatsuki members except one for her. We have heard Itachi's, Kisame's, Deidara's, Sasori's, Tobi's and Zetsu's in person, and Pein's, Kakuzu's, and Hidan's (I'm kinda in denial about his cause I don't like it AT ALL!!) have all been revealed through that weird jutsu that the members all use too appear on the giant hand. So, officially, Konan is next.

Did you know that really soon two shippuden episodes are coming out that are actually about Hidan and Kakuzu?
