Itachi is great! I would love him to be my older brother. He's one of the more well-known Akatsuki member (along with Kisame) because of how he appeared in the 1st part of Naruto. This also makes him a playable character in Naruto videogames, as well as being featured in the Naruto character books in America.

Itachi also plays a major roll in Sasuke's life, but we all know that.

He's also drop-dead gorgeous.

Honestly, Itachi-san is in a bad situation right now. I hope he can pull through..

Anyway, on his relationship with Sasuke. My opinions are constantly changing. It's either:

a. Itachi wuuuvvs Sasuke! He goes to all those events in Konoha that are important for Sasuke. He was there when Sasuke became a Genin! He was there during the Chuunin exams! He was there during the Sports Event! Brotherly love!! One day, Sasuke's gonna realize how much of an idiot he was and Itachi and Sasuke will be happy brothers.

b. Itachi shall kill Sasuke, 'cause Sasuke's so freakin annoying! Stab! Maim! Kill!

c. Uchihacest!?!?! O.o

I vote a & b. Maybe c. Itachi totally was there at the events!

I WANT HIM AS MY OLDER BROTHER!!! TT_TT He'd scare my parents away when they were being annoying, and it would be fun to play with his hair and staaaaaaaare into his Mangekyou. I don't think he'd like me much, though. Oh well! I'd bribe him with dango. Foshizzle.

HE SHALL PREVAIL! I think he'll pull through. He's already lost some of his control (see above picture) so Itachi may start to show his "I-wuv-my-lil-brother" side! Yey!

I'm glad him and Kisame appeared early-ish in Naruto. It makes me happy to know that at least two Akatsuki members were shown earlier, so we know more about them and we have more of an attachment to them! Itachi and Kisame are just a smidge more famous (in the fandom, at least) than the other members... but the others are gaining popularity FAST! I mean, c'mon. What's not to love? Everyone's all like, "The Akatsuki consists of hot guys and freaks!" and I'm like, "WOO! THEY ALL ROCK, FOSHIZZLE!" but no one get's it. People are all over Itachi and Danna, mainly.

Itachi's fandom is actually kinda scary... I heard the fangirls get kinda vicious sometimes... hur.

I hate to defend Saucy, (*STABS SELF SEVERAL TIMES*) but I must speak the troooth and only the troooth!

In Dei's case, (WHICH I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THANKYEWVERYMOOCH) Saucy just drove him to insanity the point where he got really pissed off, stopped thinking clearly, and just ACTED. (Lol I've done that) He blew himself up because he wanted to drag Sasuke down with him, but that obviously failed, so he died in vain. (*Pauses in stabbing self, and stabs Saucy*)

In Itachi's case, we all know now that before he fought Sasuke, he was already fighting some sort of disease, or maybe two or three. Plus, his eyesight was already failing, and he wasn't at top power for any of the fight. And anyway, we all know that Itachi himself planned for that to happen. (maybe not in exactly that way) Sasuke didn't deal a "killing blow", remember? So it's pretty much the same as it is with Dei: Saucy just drove Itachi to the point of death. (And I bet he himself nearly died, and he would've if only Madara had left him to rot.)

So, he didn't actually kill either of them, but he technically DROVE them to the point of death, so I guess that in a way he did kill them. BUT NOT REALLY... SORT OF. Yah, but not really.

FIYAH!!!!!!!!!! I will agree however that Itachi is some hot stuff. I think Kishi just got rid of him (and x amount of other akatsuki members) because he realized they were way prettier then him.

I think maybe he likes to cook it in to numerous foods. To make them all the more delicious. But only things that would make sense. I doubt Itachi would make cabbages-muffins or something. (I doubt he'd make any muffins for that matter)
