They're listening to Madara because he's the one who's REALLY in charge of the Akatsuki, and unlike some peeps in the Akatsuki, they're loyal to the Akatsuki's GOALS. I also have the feeling that Madara's gonna give them extra-high positions of power when they accomplish WORLD DOMINASHUN.

Well, I hope that they become the SWITZERLAND of the Naruto world, like, properly. I know that Pein's said that they have no allegiance to any village, but he forgot to mention that they have one to the Akatsuki, meaning that they're not TOTALLY neutral. (Lol, I hope you get what I mean.) Madara seems like the type of guy that you shouldn't say no to, but he also seems as though he's used to people turning against him, so if they did, it probably wouldn't affect him that much, and he'd probably just take over the Akatsuki. Of course, Kisame and Zetsu might be loyal to Pein and Konan as the PROPER leaders of the Akatsuki, but Zetsu has shown signs of loyalty to Madara, so I guess we're just stuck waiting to see what will happen.
